The Domestic Relations Office’s Visitation Center provides a safe and comfortable environment for children to have access to their parents. In addition, the Center provides an opportunity to build or rebuild positive parental relationships by facilitating a conflict-free atmosphere for parenting time. Services are provided to Harris County residents and those individuals with a Harris County court order. Visitation services are only provided for the visiting parent and child(ren) of the suit.

Records relating to The Visitation Center are available to parties only. A party must send a subpoena and prepay fees (calculated upon receipt of the subpoena) before the records will be copied and tendered. As records are kept on a case management system, in-camera inspection is not possible.
