Registration

No visits are scheduled until BOTH parents have registered at the Center and completed a personal interview. Contact The Visitation Center to schedule your registration and intake interview.
Children four years old and older must also be interviewed as part of the registration process.
Allow 1 -2 hours for each parent’s intake interview.
Complete the Agreement to Participate and Registration from the Forms and Resources subtab.
The Office is the recipient of a grant which allows for the waiver of certain fees, including the registration fee of $75.00 for the visiting and custodial party and $35.00 for each Saturday visit, payable a month in advance. Should this grant end, these fees will be reinstated.
Bring the following items to your intake interview:
1. An official photo identification (valid driver’s license, passport, etc.);
2. The Court order or mediation agreement if you have one;
3. Picture of your child(ren) for our file;
4. A copy of any active or inactive protective order, restraining order, no contact order, probation or parole documents.
