Visiting Parent Failure to Appear Without Timely Notice - $25.
Custodial Parent Failure to Appear Without Timely Notice - Referral to DRO's Legal Services Division for Visitation Enforcement.
Failure to pick up the child on time– $10 for every 15 minutes
Testimony (a witness in court) - $50.00 per hour with a minimum nonrefundable deposit of $200.00
