Registration Fee: Currently covered by a VOCA Grant by the Office of the Governor
Supervised Group Visitation Fee: Currently covered by a VOCA Grant by the Office of the Governor
Visiting Parent - Failure to Appear Without Timely Notice: $35 for the first child and $5 for each additional child. All fees owing must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on the Thursday before a scheduled supervised visitation session or the session will be cancelled.
Custodial Parent - Failure to Appear: Filed Court Advisement Letter and Referral of Visiting Parent to the Legal Services Division for Enforcement. If the cancellation is because of a child's illness, medical documentation must be provided to the caseworker by Monday following the scheduled visitation session.
Failure to Pick-up Child by 1:00 p.m.: $10 for every 15 minutes charged to the custodial parent.
Expert Testimony By Visitation Center Staff: $50.00 per hour with a minimum nonrefundable deposit of $100.00
