Moms Matter

Our next Parent Workshops will begin in December, 2024, and space is available in all of our classes. If you are registering for a workshop, you will receive information regarding exact dates and times of your selected workshop beginning on November 22, 2024. Thank you for your interest in our Parent Workshops, so please register now and stand by for additional information in the coming weeks. We look forward to meeting you!

The "Moms Matter" parenting workshop is designed for mothers who are not the primary custodial parent of their children, and who may feel that they have lost touch with their children and have no "say" in their lives.  Regardless of the reason the loss of connection occurred, the Domestic Relations Office believes that mothers are important, and can learn how to make a new connection and regain their relationship with their children.  This workshop will focus on providing mothers with the skills necessary to co-parent with the primary custodian of their children, and put an end to conflict with the other person acting in a co-parent role.  Mothers who are actively involved are important in the lives of their children, and this workshop is designed to encourage mothers to take an active and sustained role.  Moms DO Matter!

The "Moms Matter" workshop is an in-person workshop/is conducted on ZOOM via a live, interactive presentation in six, 2-hour sessions.

The course is free of charge to mothers who are referred by the Domestic Relations Office.

Forms are submitted using DocuSign, which will require your name and email address.  Upon submission a copy will be emailed to the address provided.
