Registration

 

  • No visits are scheduled until both parents have registered at the Center.  Each party must contact our Office to schedule your registration and intake interview.
  • Children four years old and older must also be interviewed as part of the registration process.
  • Allow 1 -2 hours for each parent’s intake interview.
  • Complete the Agreement to Participate and Registration from the Forms and Resources subtab.
  • The Office is the recipient of a grant which allows for the waiver of certain fees, including the registration fee of $75.00 for the visiting and custodial party and $35.00 for each Saturday visit, payable a month in advance.  Should this grant end, these fees will be reinstated.
  • Bring the following items to your intake interview:
    • An official photo identification (valid driver’s license, passport, etc.);
    • Court order or mediation agreement if you have one;
    • Picture of your child(ren) for our file;
    • A copy of any active or inactive protective order, restraining order, no contact order, probation or parole documents;
    • Proof of income (paycheck stub, copy of previous year tax return, etc.)
    • Credit card or cash for fees
    • Review the Visitation C​enter Policies before your appointment.
