Monthly Monitoring

Parents placed on community supervision must report to their assigned Officer every month and demonstrate compliance with the Court "Reporting" sign order.  Conditions of probation require parents to report in person each month.

Child Support

If a parent is not employed and is delinquent on their child support, then that parent must report weekly and show evidence of job assistance with the Texas Workforce Commission.    New employers must be reported and withholding orders issued to those employers.

Most court orders provide that community supervision terminates early if all child support arrears are paid in full.

Each month, parents must demonstrate that the child was made available for visits with the other parent pursuant to the Court order.

Web Reporting

Parents who comply with every probation conditions over a period of time may be allowed to report each month via an Internal portal.  To determine if you qualify for this privilege, please discuss with your Officer.
