Registration
  

 

  • No visits are scheduled until both parents have registered at the Center.  Each party must contact our Office to schedule your registration and intake interview.
  • Children four years old and older must also be interviewed as part of the registration process.
  • Allow 1 -2 hours for each parent’s intake interview.
  • Complete the Agreement to Participate and Intake Data Sheet from the Resource section.
  • Bring a registration fee of $75.00 per party
  • Visiting party pays $35.00 for each Saturday visit, payable a month in advance.
  • Bring the following items to your intake interview:
    • An official photo identification (valid driver’s license, passport, etc.);
    • Court order or mediation agreement if you have one;
    • Picture of your child(ren) for our file;
    • A copy of any active or inactive protective order, restraining order, no contact order, probation or parole documents;
    • Proof of income (paycheck stub, copy of previous year tax return, etc.)
    • Credit card or cash for fees
    • Review the Visitation C​enter Policies before your appointment.

Effective immediately, registration fees, supervised group visitation fees and guest fees are waived due to a grant from the Office of the Governor through September 30, 2019.

  • Registration Fee - Covered by the Grant
  • Supervised Group Visitation Fee - Covered by the Grant
  • Guest Fee - Covered by the Grant
  • Cancellation Fee For Calling After 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on the Friday Before A Visit - $35
  • No Call/No Show Fee - $35 Each Occurrence
  • Failure to Timely Pick Up Child – $10 for every 15 minutes   
  • Testimony - $50.00 per hour with a minimum nonrefundable deposit of $200.00

About The Visitation Center
  

 

The Visitation Center provides supervised group visitation on the Saturday following the first, third and fifth Friday of each month for four hours. Group visitations are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at designated sites in Harris County. Our printable 2022 and 2023 Visitation Calendar is available below. 

The Center provides monitored visits that offer the following:

  • Neutral monitoring in a safe conflict-free environment
  • Consistent enforcement of the rules for all participants
  • No contact between the parties
  • Child-friendly environment
  • Conflict-free atmosphere
  • Visit observation reports
  • Law Enforcement present during visits
  • Parenting Classes Through ESCAPE Family Resource Center

   
Our professional staff are trained in dealing with high-conflict cases and focus on the safety and well-being of children.  In addition, our visitation monitors are background checked and trained to help facilitate meaningful and safe visits.  We are a member of the Supervised Visitation Network and adhere to their standards of excellence.
