The Community Supervision Unit partners with the Workforce Solutions, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), and the WorkFaith program to assist probationers who are not employed.
Clients are referred to their local Workforce Solutions branch to speak with an employment search assistance counselor and receive training on how to access employment search services, job matching assistance, career counseling, resume building, and interviewing. Clients may also be referred to the WorkFaith, a faith-based training, and coaching program that helps probationers get long-term employment. The program gives probationers training in the job application and interviewing process, career coaching, and employer matching.

Clients are monitored for compliance to register on the
WorkinTexas website and for compliance with the requirement of actively searching and applying for gainful employment.
